Thursday, May 25, 2006 pldt should give us our money back. we pay them 2k a month for such a crappy connection. we called customer service hotline and they explained to my mom that the extension lines was causing ground to the line of the DSL, thus the disconnection.
but i did all the possible solutions to isolate the problem and it turns out that the extension lines have nothing to do with the disconnections at all. crap. pldt always give those kind of explanations that sound like "the problem is in your side, not ours", but in reality, their service is really poor. i know a number of people on pldt dsl and they all complain because they have crappy connections. i can't take it anymore. DC here, DC there, DC everywhere! they should rename their company to PLDC (Philippine Laging Disconnect Company). i hope i get connected long enough to publish this post. macky
