Sunday, May 22, 2005 to most people, the word "weekend" may probably mean "rest". but not for me. every weekend, i am always tired. every sunday, we go to church at quezon city in the morning, and we usually arrive home late afternoon (if we were lucky), and sometimes, we arrive late at night. now that leaves saturday the only day to rest, or the day to do the things we need to do in the house. but our new schedule has changed that. every saturday, we are supposed to go to the church again, for my youth fellowship, and my parents moved from a cell during tuesdays to a cell during saturdays.
we haven't been following this new schedule much, and we are still in the process of thinking about it. the problem is not in the schedule itself. the problem lies in the horrendous traffic that clogs the streets of laguna up to manila during saturdays. because of the summer heat, people all over manila come to laguna to take a dip in the myriad of resorts and hot springs that can be seen here. these guys are the reason why we always arrive late at the church, and why we arrive at home late during saturdays. tonight we got home at about 11:30 pm. but not because we went to the church. today, gracey celebrated her 18th birthday at her house in cavite. it was just a simple "kainan", and the food was great! and it was all prepared by her mama. wow. i enjoyed the celebration. my parents went to pick up me and my cousins, then we went to SM dasmariñas. "daan lang tayo, pasalubong kay tita." we left SM at quarter to 10. daan lang pala ha... hehe... and now, i woke up because i remembered to grab my new urbandub cd, and i am converting the songs to mp3's, so that i can listen to them using my mp3 player. birth is the title of the album. astig! but now i am already sleepy. its already 1 am. and i must wake up early tomorrow. till next time, goodnight (goodmorning, technically...), sweet dreams... zzzzzz.... macky
